These terms govern the use of the Optimatech website and the purchase of our services. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to them.
Services and quotes
Optimatech provides software and digital services including websites, dashboards, AI automation, and related work. Package prices shown are starting points; final project scope and price are confirmed in a written quote after a short discovery conversation.
Payments
Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payments are made securely through Paymob and may include cards and mobile wallets. A project is scheduled once the agreed deposit or package payment is received.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and the content, access, and feedback needed for us to deliver the work on time.
Ownership and handover
On full payment for a project, ownership of the delivered work and code is transferred to you, with a documented handover. Third-party tools and licenses remain under their own terms.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review it before paying.
Limitation of liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
