Optimatech ("we", "us") builds and delivers digital platforms and services for clients in Egypt and the MENA region. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

- Project and message details you submit through our forms or checkout.
- Payment details — processed directly by our payment provider (Paymob). We do not see or store your full card data.
- Basic technical data (e.g. browser type) needed to operate and secure the site.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by Paymob, a licensed payment service provider. Card and wallet data is handled by Paymob under PCI-DSS standards and is never stored on our servers. We only retain your order reference, amount, and payment status.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example Paymob (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Google (calendar and email), and Resend (transactional email) — and only as needed to deliver our services or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep personal and order data only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your rights
